We have been a repeat customer of On Time Awnings & Blinds recently (2022/23) as we moved into a new home in Port Macquarie. Their service has been consistently good (e.g. they show up when they say they will, they meet delivery timeframes, they do a good job with installation, they clean up the mess after installation, they do what they say they will do, their communication is clear). I wish this kind of service was the norm when it comes to getting help from numerous service providers in the process of building a new house… I have no hesitation in recommending them, as an independent customer with no conflicts of interest.
