We have been a repeat customer of On Time Awnings & Blinds recently (2022/23) as we moved into a new home in Port Macquarie. Their service has been consistently good (e.g. they show up when they say they will, they meet delivery timeframes, they do a good job with installation, they clean up the mess after installation, they do what they say they will do, their communication is clear). I wish this kind of service was the norm when it comes to getting help from numerous service providers in the process of building a new house… I have no hesitation in recommending them, as an independent customer with no conflicts of interest.

Just had shutters fitted by On Time Blinds. Excellent service all the way through quoting to fitting. We needed the shutters quite quickly and they made a special effort to install them when we wanted. I have never experience better service from any company, from Dave, who quoted quickly and killed the competition, the office people who helped get them on them literally On Time, to Zac & Jason who fitted them. All this and a 20 year warranty, fantastic! Very highly recommended.

What an awesome experience from quotation to installation of our plantation shutters. “On time” is exactly when are shutters arrived, which is impressive when so many things are delayed these days. The installers were meticulous in ensuring everything was perfect and carried on the high degree of professionalism we had experienced to that point. Highly recommended!!

My experience with OTA&B was fantastic. Between the customer service to end product I cannot complain. If there was anymore than 5 stars I would be selecting more. OTA&B were very helpful when it came to selecting which window coverings were best for my home, and when there was slight issue; OTA&B did not hesitate to resolve the problem and fixed it right away with no drama.
